Our Process:
- Removal and Cleaning of Return Registers:
We begin by removing and cleaning all return registers to ensure a thorough cleaning process from the start. - Negative Air Machine Setup:
Our negative air machine is connected to the return side of your system, isolating this area and putting it under a vacuum to ensure efficient debris removal. All openings are carefully sealed to enhance suction and prevent dust from circulating in your home or business. - Dust and Debris Agitation:
Using specialized tools tailored to your duct system, we agitate and break up all dust, debris, and allergens that may have settled within your ducts. - High-Pressure Cleaning:
We utilize 175 psi of air pressure to push remaining debris into our negative air machine, where it is safely captured by a HEPA filter with 99.98% efficiency, leaving your air ducts completely clear. - Comprehensive Ductwork Cleaning:
All related ductwork, including the trunk and return drops, are thoroughly cleaned to remove accumulated contaminants. - Supply Side Cleaning:
The supply side of your system is then tied into our negative air machine, isolated, and cleaned with the appropriate tools. We ensure all supply ducts, the supply plenum, air handler, and coils are cleaned for optimal air flow and system efficiency. - Reinstallation & System Optimization:
After cleaning, we reinstall all supply grilles and return registers in their proper orientation, ensuring maximum air flow efficiency. - Final Treatment:
To prevent future mold growth and keep your air ducts fresh, we fog the entire system with a fungicidal deodorizer.
